No - during ideal conditions, a water and electrical hook up is not necessary. However, there may be instances where your detailer may need access to one or both. He/She will let you know.

1. All of the available times may be booked already.
2. Detailer(s) may be away on vacation/leave/etc.
3. Dates are blocked out for weather related reasons (Rainstorms, freezing temperatures, etc).
4. The booking form is blocked during winter.
